CALLER:  Has a whole house water softner with two lines coming from the main house.  It sounds like its running all the time.  What could be the problem and what to do about it?

CALLER:  Trying to figure out where a sewer type odor is coming from inside the house.  Tried a couple of fixes to pinpoint where it could be.

CALLER:  Has a shower that is adjacent to a bedroom closet.  The bedroom carpet and closet bottom was wet.  Didn't use the shower for a few days to see if it was a slab leak but it dried out.  Who to call to figure out where the leak is coming from.

CALLER:  Had a water test done that showed it was so hard, the softner system stopped working.  Found out the water under the kitchen sink bypasses the softner system while the rest of the house has soft water.  Is that common?
