CALLER:  Drainage problem on the side of a house.  Neighbor's rainwater is coming thru the base of the wall that separates the property.  Neighbor's property is higher when a pool was installed.  Neighbor won't cooporate as well as the HOA (which is surprising).  Any suggestions for next step?

With recent rains, calls came in for drywall ceiling damage from roof leaks.  Rosie focuses on the brownish drywall stains from leaks and how to repair it.

CALLER:  Listener has persistant air in the hot water line.  Doesn't use the hot water from the heater during the summer.  Plumbing is outside the block house with a pressure reduction valve.  

CALLER:  Has water leaking from somewhere around the home.  Water bill has increase over 4 months.  No slab leak or landscape leaks.  Thinks it could be the pool.  Plus some sinkholes have developed.
