Discussion on replacing windows.  The top reason homeowners replace them is not necessarily for energy efficiency.  Plus Rosie's Beware on any window company who advertise a very high percentage of energy efficiency, say like 40%.

CALLER:  Had an air conditioner checkup last fall on a 20 year old unit.  Considering a spring checkup but was told its a good idea to have the ducts cleaned too.
