CALLER:  Bought a new build home a year ago built by a national home builder.  Did the one year warranty walk thru.  He's can never get some of the work done properly before the warranty was up.  Like doors falling of their tracks.

CALLER:  Recaulking the bottom of a tile shower.  Scraped out the old caulk.  As they stepped on the tile to put in new caulk, they could hear some gurggling.  There's water under the floor pan.
