The Tree Of The Month:  The Weeping Acacia.  Beautiful, thin foliage, evergreen for shade.  Explains its thyllodes leaves.  Tips to avoid circular roots.

Laura explains what Liberty Wildlife does for sick, orphaned and injured native wildlife. Rehabing them to return back to the wild.  Trees are an important part of this relationship.

Myth Busting:  You can carefully pick up a baby bird to return to the nest carefully.  

Storm damaged and uprooted trees is likely from improper pruning.  Sarah explains why.

Why palo verde trees tend to be the most damaged or uprooted tree after a storm.

Encouraging everyone to plant trees and create habitat.  Biggest cause of bird and wildlife reduction is habitat destruction from construction, wildfires and storms.
