CALLER: Building a new home and the wife is looking at color choices. She likes a black concrete tile for the roof in addition to spray foam insulation. Thoughts on that color.

CALLER: DIY-ing a new sealant on a flat roof. Which is a better sealant, synthetic or elastermeric? And can I used a paint sprayer to apply it?
CALLER: Reroofed the home beginning of the year. Noticed a tile over the entry way does not line up properly. Was told by a roofer its designed to look pretty.
CALLER: Has a single story home. They have a liquid coming up between the tile and grout on the entry way floor. Had the liquid tested and its not a water leak. Its more of an oily substance. Don't know what it is.
CALLER: Would like to attach Pex tubing on a water heater pressure relief valve. Can you use Pex or what do you recommend?
