Recommendation - The tree she planted, a Queen Palm, can have issues, but getting a soil test might be the answer to find out if the chemicals in the pool water are the issue.

Recommendation - Tom says it should be fine and she should call Dave Berry at Century Painting.
- Mike - He has a cabin and is worried about freezing his pipes now that he wants to keep it open in the winter.
Recommendation - Tom suggests insulating the pipes very well and water needs to keep moving, so drain it as you leave after the weekend.
- Paul - He wants to build a cabin in an area of Northern Arizona?
- Jerry - He has a flat roof in Prescott and wants to know if foam would be a good option?
Recommendation - Tom's done it and thinks it's a great option. It requires maintenance. Call Central Basin Roofing!

Recommendation - His situation isn't perfect for solar, but his situation is becoming more common and Harmon Solar could evaluate the situation.

*What happens when you buy a property with Solar Panels already installed on the home?
- Dan shares their new services to help with this more common occurrence in home buying. Monitoring systems are very useful.
Caller:
- Mickey - She wants to know if it's okay to put panels on an out building on their property instead of the actual home.
Recommendation - As long as the building is the structurally sound, it's completely fine to do this.
Facebook Question: What about the snowbirds? Is it smart for them too?
Recommendation - Absolutely! Going with a smaller solar setup might be a perfect fit.
*Even if you have gas heat and cooking, it still saves you money and lowers your utilities to virtually nothing. Dan has a gas stove and water heater in his home & practically pays nothing on his monthly utilities.
