CALLER:  Got LED bulbs to try out.  They have a ceramic base that gets really hot.  Are there other bulbs that won't produce heat?  Allen explains aluminum base LEDs doesn't retain heat.  LEDs are a computer chip and remove heat from the back unlike incandescent bulbs.

Followup on a listener who has a water softner in the home.  When turning on the shower faucet, they got hot water for a long time.  But when bypassed the softner, a shorter time with hot water.  

Stumped question on a toilet thats double flushing  (Not a dual flush toilet).   An experienced CALLER says its likely low water in the tank.
