John grows thousands of acres of lettuce, leafy greens, broccoli, cauliflower and seasonal melons. Also durum wheat that's exported to Italy for pasta.

Yuma produces about 90% of the lettuce in the country.

Lettuce is a 700 million dollar economy in Arizona.

The #1 cause of damage and claims inside the home is water damage from busted water lines.

Start with looking at your policy to see what's covered.  There's a number of causes of water damage that are covered and some that are not.  Some could require a rider for extra protection if available.  

Generally not covered is wear and tear, negligence in preventing damage.
