Prescott Circle Trail is a 54 mile loop around the city and forest.  

Raigan's suggestions for hiking.  Start from your feet up.  The right shoe, socks and lacing. Trek poles are great for upper body exercise, balance and easier on your knees and hips.

Julie from The Arizona Farm Bureau and Kevin Danzeisen talking about Danzeisen Dairy's Egg Nog.  Traditional, Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint.

Dairy and Beef are the top two commodities produced in Arizona.

Since introducing Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint Egg Nog, they've been fast sellers.

Danzeisen Dairy products are sold in glass bottles that can be returned for deposit.  Different from other dairy products in cartons.  Bottles make it taste better and retains freshness longer.

Dairy manufactures their products with referbished machines dating back to the 50's.  Kevin tells the story they found their bottle washer in Pennsylvania.

Buildings from the early 1900s that have daylighting, south faced windows and embodied energy, a combination of construction materials and labor used to build it.

The proper procedure to swing a hammer to driving nails.

Don't choke up on the handle or hold too tight.

Don't use two hands.

The proper way to hold a nail in place.  The momentum of the head of the hammer does the work, not the extreme force of the swing.  Focus on the head of the nail.

Reasons why wood might split during nail hammering. 

Beeswax is a trick to lightly lubricate the nail before hammering.
