CALLER:  Home Builder David Rinehimer who called a month ago with a mystery sound in a new built home no one could identify calls in to say MYSTERY SOLVED!  David explains where the clicks were coming from and the repair work.

CALLER:  Has a 3 tier backyard fountain.  The motor failed and they called a handyman to fix it.  It worked but there's not enough power to push the water to the top high enough as before.  

Smart Tech features are not being adapted as quickly as perceived.

MAQ:  What to do with blisters on a drywall ceiling from a roof leak?

CALLER:  Removed the popcorn ceiling and wants to make the walls a texture level 5.  (We explain what that means).  Does the paint need to be removed from the walls first?

CALLER:  Wants to know more about radiant barrier insulation.  Yea or Nay?

CALLER:  While tearing out all the tile in a home, they found water and dampness around the home concrete slab.  No active water seepage or slab cracks.

CALLER:  Has a jet tub with 6 jets that stopped working.  Thought the switch was the issue.  But they may have solved the problem with a GFCI plug issue.
