Discussion of security about your front door. Where the majority of home break-ins usually start. Its how you secure the door to take a long time for a break-in.
EMAIL: If I have a sturdy, dead bolting, steel security door, why should I have to do anything else because it will take a lot longer than 60 seconds to get thru the door.
Secure the door by installing a solid-core or hardcore wood door to make it difficult to kick in. Use effective hardware including double cylinder deadbolts and bump proof locks.
Discussion on screen security doors. Not all are made equal.
For the garage door, remove the chord opener and place a dowel with a teacup hook on the end. Put it in a secure place to use whenever you need to manually open garage.
There are openings that need to be filled for qualified tradesmen and women. Rosie's Certified Partners are hiring! Great pay and meeting great people.
Proper way to secure your french door. Inexpensive way too!
Secure a pin hinge to the active door with sliding bolt locks mounted vertically at the top of the door. With the header lock engaged, insert a small screw below the lever to prevent it from being unlocked from the outside. The screw can be easily removed should you need to open the door.
The first place thives will go to in the home is the master bedroom for valuables. The second place is a home office or study for possible identity theft.
