Recommendations for Wayne's Daughter and Arizona Homeowner's:
- Rosie talks about the duct work for evap coolers versus a/c duct work. Make sure it's properly sized or you are wasting money on a new a/c unit.
- Getting an energy audit first might be the way to go. He can get one from Green ID or REEis Home Performance & Air Conditioning. Efficient AC units actually costs less than an evap cooler. DO NOT POWER VENT YOUR ATTICS! Then make sure the attic insulation is properly applied.

- Sara - She just had a tile floor installed and the grout is about 4 shades darker than they asked about. The installer thought it might be cause by hard water or an additive. The company that sent the additive is sending an acid wash and she tested it. It's only darkened a small area.

- The overall project time will be less if you have a GC pushing the sub-contractors to get the job done on time.
