CALLER (Not Aired):  Has an oleander hedgerow along the property line.  Part of the hedgerow is imbedded near a gas line.  They want to remove those oleanders near the line.  Its been blue staked.  What steps to take to safely remove them?  

Two things to remember:  Have the gas company shut off the line.  A certified plumber can repair and replum gas lines.
