Story starts with F.L. & Lizzie Warner's homestead on 160 desert acres in 1907.
1928, Alessio Carraro dreamed of a resort destination and housing area called Carraro Heights. The castle was designed as a hotel.
1931, Alessio sold the castle and acreage to E.A. Tovrea and wife Della.
Alessio opened a rock zoo (Carraro Grotto) in Yarnell, AZ.
Talks about the construction of the castle. Without building plans, completed in 14 months.
