Rosie finally got to be King For A Day!  After years of hoping whole home surge protection installed at the electrical box before it surges into the home and doesn't wear out would be manditory on new homes.  Starting in 2022, it will become manditory by code!

CALLER:  The homeowner installed an EV Charger.  He gives the specifics of the installation.  When the charger is pulling its max draw (48 amps), the conduit feels quite warm.  Curious how hot should it be?  (We question if that DIY install requires a permit)

CALLER:  Has about 600 feet of masonry brick pavers installed about 3 years ago.  The pavers don't look good over time.  Do they need to be sealed occassionally?   Also some of the pavers are stained from grill usage and effervences.  Can it be cleaned?

E-MAIL QUESTIONS:  Stucco damage so bad, it leaks when it rains.  It was suggested to repaint using elastomeric paint.  Rosie explain why he not keen on that idea.  

Listener wants to replace the old windows on a masonry home.  What window do you suggest?
