Honest Appliance Service, Sales And Repair (HASSAR) is dedicated to providing high-quality repairs at affordable costs. We do not call the fee to come to your property a trip charge. It is a diagnostic fee - because if we can't help you, we don't charge you.

The diagnostic fee is $97 for appliances and $107 for HVAC, but if you approve the estimate, then the diagnostic fee is on us! If your unit is in need of more repairs than initially thought, we will provide you with the lowest possible revised estimate based on discounted parts.

The labor/trip charge is a flat rate based on the repair itself. So unless the repair turns into a complex rebuild, the flat rate does not change no matter how many trips it takes to resolve the problem. Our policy is if you change your mind as a result, NO PROBLEM! We take our Service Satisfaction Guarantee very seriously and only you can define what will satisfy you!
